1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Taskcashflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Platform.

2. User Accounts

To access some features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your password.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Use the Platform to transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

4. Payment and Transactions

Purchases on Taskcashflow can be made via credit card or bank transfer. By providing your payment information, you agree to our use of that information to process payments and for other purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Referral Program

You may earn bonuses by referring others to join Taskcashflow. The referral bonuses will be subject to the terms specified in the Referral Program guidelines provided on the Platform.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Taskcashflow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Platform by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
